I ordered an electric fireplace suite and Moda Living advised that the supplier had boxed incorrect colors. Ours was incorrect. I emailed a response to their advice of the error and never got a response until I phoned 2 weeks later. Now we are to ship back the incorrect one with no defined time as to when we will get the replacement. I feel given that I have waited this time and we are now at July the time to enjoy our renovation becomes shorter. The replacement should be provided and then our incorrect one returned. It is not my error therefore it should not be my inconvenience. I ordered the fireplace at least 3 weeks ago.

I rang later in the afternoon to ask a question - was advised if I ordered in next half hr I would have it delivered the next day. True to their word it was delivered at lunchtime the next day - easy to install table and bench seats - Love
